• Black Cohosh has been shown to relieve hot flushes in menopausal women. It has been suggested that
the benefits are due to it exerting oestrogenic effects.
Black Cohosh works well in combination with other herbs Liquorice has hormone balancing effects and increases resistance to stress.

•Blessed Thistle is useful for menstrual problems and chronic headaches.

Recommended:
One to three tablets per day with a meal.
