Red Raspberry is a traditional herbal remedy for general pregnancy support. It can be taken safely throughout pregnancy, and it works to nourish and tone the system (in particular the uterus). Raspberry leaf has astringent properties and can also increase milk flow after birth and speed recovery.
One tablet provides:
Red Raspberry leaf (Rhubus idaeus) Extract *equivalent to 500mg
Recommended; One to three tablets per day with a meal.

Contraindications:
Not recommended for use if taking ephedrine-containing or codeine-containing medications, as the high tannin content of this herb may interfere with their absorption. Red Raspberry used to be recommended only for the last five months of pregnancy. However, the most up to date advice is that it can be taken safely every day during pregnancy.
